Unless otherwise advised by a DBHL Service representative, the minimum charge (Fixed Labour Rate) is payable when our techician first visits the customer’s premise and diagnoses or repairs the oven.
Parts and materials are not included in the Fixed Labour Service. In addition, fault repairs downstream or upstream form the appliance itself, are not included in the Fixed Labour Service and are subject to additional charges.

The Fixed Labour Rate varies depending on the time and day of the booking made and the type of oven (e.g electric or gas). If we have to return on another day to complete the repair of the oven, the Fixed Labour Rate remains the same – provided that it is a similar timeframe/day as the original appointment. The Fixed Labour rate is only payable once. You do not pay it again if we have to return with a part to complete the oven repair. Please feel free to contact us should you have any queries.
