  • Which payment methods do you accept

    We accept payment by credit card(Amex, Mastercard or Visa) or cash.

    Please note full payment is required upon completion.

  • Do you fit parts provided by customer?

    Sorry, but we do not fit parts that are provided by customers.

  • What is the Fixed Labour Service?

    The Fixed Labour Rate Service is our fixed labour charge for an oven repair.

    The Fixed Labour Service provides security to the customer and also eliminates the cost confusion with making a repair booking by allowing to budget accordingly with no hidden surprises.

    The Fixed Labour Rate may vary according to the time and day of booking and type of oven (e.g. gas or electric). The Fixed Labour rate is only payable once. You do not pay it again if we have to return with a part to complete the oven repair. Additionally, the Fixed Labour Rate does not include cost of part(s), and is valid for one appliance only. Please refer to FAQs and pricing page for further information or feel free to contact us should you have any queries.

  • How do I make a booking for an oven repair?

    Making a booking is easy and simple. There are 3 available options for our customers:

    1) User our online booking system. Simply fill-out the required details on our booking page and we will endeavour to return your enquiry as soon as possible.

    2) Contact us directly on 0432 499 387

    3) SMS a booking inquiry to 0432 499 387

  • Do you have a Service Call Charge?

    No, we do not have a Service Call Charge

  • How do I change a booking?

    At the moment, changes to bookings can only be made via email or phone.

    The Fixed Labour Rate may change if the customer requests timeframe/day that is not within our normal business hours Monday-Friday 8am-6pm.

  • Do you have a minimum charge?

    Yes, we have a minimum charge. Our Fixed Labour charge is our minimum labour charge. The Fixed Labour rate varies according to day and time of oven repair booking and type of oven requiring repair. The Fixed Labour Rate charge is applicable for all oven repairs.

    Unfortunately, we do not provide free quotes

  • Do I need to pay the minimum charge upfront?

    Unless otherwise advised by a DBHL Service representative, the minimum charge (Fixed Labour Rate) is payable when our techician first visits the customer’s premise and diagnoses or repairs the oven.

  • What is not included in the Fixed Labour Rate Service?

    Parts and materials are not included in the Fixed Labour Service. In addition, fault repairs downstream or upstream form the appliance itself, are not included in the Fixed Labour Service and are subject to additional charges.

  • Are parts included in the Fixed Labour Service?

    No. Parts and Materials are not part of the Fixed Labour Service and will be charged as additional items.

  • Is the Fixed Labour Rate the same if you have to return another day

    The Fixed Labour Rate varies depending on the time and day of the booking made and the type of oven (e.g electric or gas). If we have to return on another day to complete the repair of the oven, the Fixed Labour Rate remains the same – provided that it is a similar timeframe/day as the original appointment. The Fixed Labour rate is only payable once. You do not pay it again if we have to return with a part to complete the oven repair. Please feel free to contact us should you have any queries.

  • Will the repair be cheaper than the Fixed Labour Rate?

    The Fixed Labour rate is our minimum charge. As we do not provide free quotes, the Fixed Labour Rate is the minimum payment applicable and due when visiting a customer’s premise for an oven repair.
